uPlay 1 includes a  book and a CD with 37 all year round songs with chords as well as harmony and theory rules (such as chords, scales and transposition)
The songs in uPlay 1 are all in Am and C Major scales as well as Ahava Raba Mode on E. 
The beat count of each song is marked for piano players to know how to break down the chords, and for keyboard players to know what rhythms or styles to choose as accompaniment.
Players who need to work on maintaining the beat, can practice playing each hand separately along with the audio CD, ignoring any mistakes. Once they are able to maintain the beat using one hand, they can practice playing with 2 hands along with the CD.
